One click, the first time you list. You list at your full price, our marketplace fee is added on top and paid by the buyer, and your name and contact details stay private.
- Add your first deal
Email it, paste a link, import a spreadsheet or fill in the form (below). Listings take up to 30 minutes to go live.

Don't type everything in by hand. Our importer reads your deal emails, links and spreadsheets, photos included.

How your deals sell
Every wholesale deal runs as a 3-day auction to buyers we've qualified with proof of funds. Bids are binding.

A bid in the last 5 minutes adds 5 minutes, so no one gets sniped. Bidders are capped at their verified proof of funds.

Changes that go live right away
- Price (before the first bid)
- Available, under contract or sold
Changes we review first
- New photos or a new description (a quick check, usually minutes)
- Questions from buyers come to you through the site; contact details are hidden on both sides
When your deal sells
- Invoice
The winning buyer gets an invoice right away. Nothing is paid online; the fee is paid at close of escrow.
- Deal room
You and the buyer meet in a private Marketplace Deal Room to sign the assignment or purchase contract, usually within 24 hours.
- Escrow & closing
Escrow opens with the title company. At closing you're paid your full price; our fee comes from the buyer's side of the settlement statement.

Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free. Win-Win's marketplace fee is added on top of your price and paid by the buyer at closing.
How long until my deal is live?
Up to 30 minutes after you email it, import it or submit the form. Matching buyers are emailed first.
Will buyers see my name or phone number?
No. Buyers see your marketplace handle. Questions and offers come through the site with contact details hidden.
I emailed a deal. Why isn't it live yet?
Send it from the email on your account so we know it's you. The first time, accept the one-click partner agreement we email you; after that your deals go live automatically.
What if the buyer backs out?
Tell us in your account and we put the deal back up for auction.
