Your link and widget carry your partner code. When someone clicks through, we remember your code for 90 days on our website, so any quote, application, scenario or deal they submit in that time is credited to you. Your dashboard shows views, visits, leads and funded loans.
When a loan you referred closes and funds, your marketing fee shows on your dashboard. Send us an invoice for marketing services referencing your partner code and we pay within 15 business days. The standard fee is 0.25% of the funded loan amount.
For each deal you list, it shows the financing estimate: up to 100% of purchase and rehab when price plus rehab is at or under 75% of ARV, the estimated loan and cash to close, and a button to the buyer's instant quote.
Use the script on sites that allow it (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix custom code, most investor CRMs). Where scripts aren't allowed, use the iframe version, or simply paste your quote link into the listing, email or text.
Some states and brokerages require referral or marketing compensation to licensed agents to be paid through the sponsoring broker. Tell us when you sign up and we'll pay the way your license requires.
Partner terms. Partners market Win-Win Capital Funding's financing programs. Win-Win pays a marketing fee, at the rate shown in the partner dashboard (standard 0.25% of the funded loan amount), for loans that fund within 90 days of a tracked visit or lead, on the partner's invoice for marketing services. Fees are not paid on loans that don't fund, on a partner's own loans, or where prohibited by law; compensation to licensed real estate agents may be paid through their sponsoring broker. Partners must not quote rates or make lending commitments on Win-Win's behalf, and must describe financing as subject to underwriting and approval. Win-Win may change or end the program or a partner's participation at any time; fees earned before then are honored. Business-purpose loans only.
