Referral terms
- The fee is 0.25% (25 basis points) of the funded loan amount. It is paid only if the referred loan closes and funds through Win-Win Capital Funding, LLC.
- It is paid after closing, typically within 30 days of funding, once we have a completed Form W-9 for the payee.
- A referral counts when the client is new to us and you submit them through this form before we receive the deal from any other source. Protection lasts 12 months from submission for that transaction.
- Business-purpose loans only (investment properties and owner-occupied business-purpose loans). No consumer or owner-occupied residential loans.
- You are responsible for confirming that your employer allows outside referral fees and that any license your state requires is in place. We may pay the fee to your company instead of to you where required.
- Submitting a referral is not a commitment to lend. Win-Win Capital Funding may change or end this program at any time. Referrals submitted before a change keep the terms in effect when submitted.
