What we finance
- Gas station and C-store purchases (real estate + business)
- Refinancing and cash-out
- Renovations, canopy and pump upgrades
- Car washes and quick-service add-ons
- Truck stops and travel centers
How it works
Gas stations are usually financed with SBA 7(a) or SBA 504 loans, which allow lower down payments and long terms, or with conventional and bridge loans. Lenders review fuel gallons, in-store sales, the fuel supply agreement and environmental reports.
Have ready: 3 years of business tax returns and P&Ls, fuel and inside sales reports, the fuel supply agreement and any existing environmental (Phase I) reports.
